There’s a method to Tate’s madness. Quality potato chips render our treats a little less sweet and add a pleasingly flaky texture.

Our secret weapon: caramelize some of the chips with secret spices and crumble them in and onto the dough just before baking. Add innovative flavors to intrigue and delight.
