Storage Instructions and Shelf-Life

Our cookies are best at room temperature. But if you want, you can Bake the Taters to warm them. (But don’t bake Tate!):

Reheat in a hot 350°F oven for 3 to 5 minutes or microwave for 25-30 seconds.

These cookies were freshly baked just for you. If you can’t eat or share them right away, freeze them, in their original wrappers, for up to 3 months.

Allergies

All of our products are produced in a facility where wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts are present. 

Shipping Policy

In order to ensure your cookies arrive as fresh as possible, we only ship via UPS 2-day (ground or air). We only ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure that your fresh-baked cookies are not held hostage in a shipping warehouse. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

We offer $9.99 flat-rate shipping for all orders under $75. Orders over $75 will receive free shipping.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. 

Local Delivery

We offer in-building pickup for 6400 & 6402 Arlington Blvd. Orders placed by 11:00AM will be available for same-day pickup in the 12th Floor Tenant Lounge at 6400 Arlington Blvd. Orders placed after 11:00AM will be available for pickup the following business day, excluding weekends & holidays. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Taterdoodles does not accept returns on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our production or packaging of the goods. If the product is damaged or not as described, please reach out to us at  hello@taterdoodles.com within 48 hours or receipt. 

We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees, or address information collected by the customer. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
